My name is Yanai Elijah Feldman, and I hold a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Pomona College. With over two years of experience tutoring college freshmen in computer science and serving as a peer tutor in mathematics and Spanish, I am dedicated to helping students navigate complex concepts in Calculus, Linear Algebra, and the rest of mathematical universe. My teaching philosophy emphasizes empathy and humility, allowing students to guide their learning while I provide tailored support. I believe in making mathematical reasoning clear and concise, fostering not only understanding but also a genuine appreciation for the subject. Beyond mathematics, I have a passion for foreign languages and enjoy exploring how they enrich our communication, open up our voices and our bodies. Ultimately, my goal is to ignite curiosity and motivation in students, helping them engage with all subjects they encounter, whether they are passionate about them or not.
