As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Sound Design Technology from the University of North Carolina School of the Arts, I have over 7 years of experience teaching music and audio production. My approach centers on understanding each student's unique learning stylewhether visual, auditory, or kinestheticand tailoring my lessons accordingly to foster engagement and comprehension. I thrive on helping students connect with the art of storytelling through sound, drawing from my background in film and music production. I have taught a range of subjects, including advanced recording techniques and immersive sound design, and I find joy in mentoring the next generation of storytellers. Beyond teaching, I enjoy playing over 15 different instruments and exploring new technologies in sound, which enriches my lessons and inspires my students.
