As a dedicated math educator with a Master's degree from East Carolina University, I have over 20 years of experience teaching and tutoring a broad range of mathematical subjects, from Middle School Math to AP Calculus AB. My passion for math began in childhood and has evolved into a fulfilling career where I strive to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. I focus on identifying each student's unique challenges and adapting my teaching methods accordingly, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps. I'm particularly enthusiastic about teaching algebra and trigonometry, as I find real-world applications, like relating math to financial concepts, help students grasp fundamental ideas. Outside of tutoring, I enjoy creating educational content online, further enhancing my connection with students.
