I believe every student is capable of achieving success when provided with the right tools, guidance, and consistent practice. For over 18 years, I've taught elementary students in classroom settings, and for the past three years, I've worked one-on-one as a tutor. My experience spans across grades K5, with a current focus on third grade.

I tutor both reading and math, and I'm equally passionate about both. Reading has been a lifelong love of mine, and I enjoy helping students grow into confident, capable readers. I also enjoy tutoring math because once students build a strong foundation, their confidence and progress tend to soar quickly.

My tutoring approach is structured and supportive. I typically follow an "I do, we do, you do" model that allows students to build independence while still feeling guided. I adapt each session to meet students where they are, whether that means offering remediation or providing enrichment opportunities.

I earned my BBA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo before transitioning into education.
