As a passionate high school math teacher and working towards earning a Master's in Educational Leadership from Montclair State University, I have over ten years of tutoring experience, specializing in Algebra and Pre-Calculus. My teaching pedagogy centers on recognizing that every student learns differently; therefore, I employ tailored strategies, such as reference sheets and engaging activities, to help students build their foundational skills. I believe that connecting mathematical concepts to students' lives enhances their understanding and retention. My commitment to fostering a supportive learning environment has led to notable successes, including several students earning top scores in AP Pre-Calculus.
