As a dedicated educator with over 15 years of experience spanning Pre-K through 12th grade and master's-level coursework, I bring a deep commitment to nurturing a love of learning in every student. My areas of specialization include creative writing, elementary reading and writing, public speaking, teacher preparation, and college admissions prep, particularly essay writing.

At the heart of my teaching philosophy is connection. I believe that students learn best when they feel seen, heard, and valued. Whether guiding a young writer through their first story or supporting a future teacher in refining their voice, I create learning experiences that are active, joyful, and relevant. From hands-on projects to thoughtful dialogue, I help learners make meaningful connections between classroom content and the world around them.

My goal is to foster confidence, creativity, and curiosity, encouraging students to take ownership of their learning and celebrate progress every step of the way. Outside of tutoring, I'm an avid reader and lifelong learner who delights in exploring new ideas and bringing fresh perspectives to my work.
