I am a graduate of Trevecca Nazarene University, where I earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Leadership, a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership, and most recently, a Doctor of Education in Leadership with a focus on Coaching and Consulting. My academic and professional journey has been guided by a deep passion for helping others realize their potential, both academically and personally.

Over the course of my career, I have worked closely with individuals in various rolesfrom mentoring professionals and leading staff development sessions to training team members and conducting educational workshops. These experiences have honed my ability to connect with others, understand their goals, and tailor instruction in a way that fosters both growth and confidence.

I tutor a range of subjects, including leadership, writing, organizational behavior, business communication, and personal development. I am especially passionate about coaching others in leadership and communication, as these areas not only impact professional success but also empower people to navigate life with clarity and purpose.

My approach to tutoring is grounded in empathy, structure, and encouragement. I believe that learning should be a collaborative process, where questions are welcomed and progress is measured not only by results but by increased confidence and understanding. My goal is to create a space where others feel supported and motivated to challenge themselves.

Outside of academic work, I enjoy international travel, nature walks, spending time with friends and family, reading, and pursuing new opportunities for learning and growth. These interests continually inspire me and allow me to bring a broader perspective to my work with others.
