As a recent graduate from Georgia State University with a Bachelor's in Applied Linguistics, I am passionate about helping improve language skills within my students. I had the experience of teaching English abroad in Thailand for a month and I have developed a student-centered approach that emphasizes understanding individual learning styles. I specialize in ESL/ELL and beginner Korean as well as Elementary School English and Math.
My teaching philosophy revolves around repetition and active engagement, ensuring that students not only learn but retain and apply new concepts. Additionally, I have informally tutored friends in Korean, helping them navigate the language's intricacies. I am dedicated to creating a supportive learning environment and am excited to inspire a love for language and learning in my students.
