I am a recent high school graduate from Walter Payton College Preparatory High School, admitted to the Claremont McKenna College class of '29. This fall, I'll be studying Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (PPE), an interdisciplinary major that reflects my passion for critical thinking and real-world problem-solving.
I believe tutoring should go beyond just teaching factsit should help students grow into confident, curious, and self-assured learners. My goal is for every student to walk away from a session not only understanding the material, but also trusting their own intelligence.
I've taken 13 AP courses and scored 5s in U.S. History, U.S. Government and Politics, Psychology, English Language and Composition, and English Literature and Composition to name a few. I have experience tutoring English, early math (up to and including Algebra I), and social science subjects.
My tutoring style is one that I would characterize as patient, collaborative, and centered on meaningful feedback. I strive to meet students where they are and support their growth not just as students, but as thinkers and individuals.
Outside of academics, I've played soccer for over a decade, play the flute, am totally obsessed with Formula 1, and love exploring the hidden gems of Chicago with my friends.

Outside of academics, I’ve played soccer for over a decade and play the flute. I’m an avid reader, a big coffee enthusiast, and I love spending time with friends exploring the city of Chicago (something I’ll definitely miss when I head to college). I’m also deeply interested in law, politics, and understanding how the world works so I can be part of making it better. And when I’m not doing all that, you’ll probably find me talking a friend’s ear off about Formula 1.
