As a medical student at Meharry Medical College with a Master's in Biomedical Sciences from Wake Forest University, I am passionate about fostering a love for science among my students. My tutoring experience includes working with middle and high school students through programs like Upward Bound and the Carolina Advising Corps, where I focused on subjects such as Anatomy & Physiology, AP Biology, and Biochemistry. I believe in tailoring my teaching methods to connect with students' interests, utilizing visual and interactive resources to enhance their understanding. My goal is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel empowered to explore and ask questions. I find great fulfillment in guiding students through their academic journeys, helping them build confidence and succeed in their studies.
