As a dedicated tutor currently pursuing my Bachelor's in Mathematics Education from Western Governors University, I am passionate about making math accessible to all students. With over 2 years of experience in tutoring students from elementary to high school levels, I specialize in Pre-Calculus, Algebra, and Geometry. My teaching philosophy centers on building confidence and understanding by connecting mathematical concepts to students' interests, such as sports or real-life applications. I believe that every student can excel in math with the right strategies and support. This approach not only helps students grasp challenging material but also fosters a love for learning.
I've amassed quite the collection of hobbies, so at this point deciding what to do might be considered a hobby for myself. When I have free time, I'll either tend to my garden or indoor plants, read a good book, paint or draw, sew, cook or bake, or play a few video games with friends.
