As a passionate educator with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education from the University of Wisconsin, I have dedicated over five years to tutoring and almost twenty years teaching in a dynamic classroom environment. My expertise spans Elementary School English, Math, Reading, Writing, and core classes, with a particular focus on Orton Gillingham and phonics. I believe in creating a supportive learning atmosphere where students feel empowered to explore and discover their potential. Witnessing the excitement in students' faces as they master new skills is what drives my commitment to education. I strive to tailor my approach to each learner's needs, utilizing engaging methods and manipulatives to foster a love for learning.

In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, crafting and spending time with my family in the outdoors! When able, I enjoy exploring new teaching strategies, which continually enrich my tutoring practice.
