As a passionate educator with a Master's degree in Education Administration from Lamar University, I have over seven years of experience in tutoring and classroom teaching, specializing in Elementary School Math, Reading, and Writing. I believe that every student has the potential to succeed, and my teaching philosophy revolves around creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that foster confidence and critical thinking. I employ strategies such as gradual release and modeling to help students dissect problems and develop their skills effectively.

My commitment to my students has been recognized through multiple Teacher of the Year awards at both the school and district levels, and I consistently utilize data-driven methods to ensure growth in my students. Outside of the classroom, I enjoy exploring new educational methodologies and am dedicated to enhancing my practice.
