As a dedicated educator with a Doctorate in Social Work from California Baptist University, I am passionate about empowering students through adult literacy and social work education. My experience as a social work practitioner enables me to connect real-world applications to academic content, fostering an engaging and relatable learning environment. I believe in a student-centered approach, where I assess each learner's unique needs and guide them toward mastery of the subject matter. My goal is to build rapport, instill confidence, and inspire hope in my students, ensuring they leave feeling empowered. In addition to my teaching, I run a business called Hope Ality, which embodies my philosophy that intentionality makes hope a reality. I am excited to share my knowledge and experience with students eager to enhance their skills and achieve their goals.
