Helping students excel in nursing and healthcare education is not just a profession for me; it is a personal passion. With a Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and experience as a clinical instructor, I have been fortunate to teach nursing students in both classroom and clinical settings. My specialties include Anatomy & Physiology, pharmacology, and NCLEX preparation, and I thrive on using diverse teaching strategieslike mnemonics, hands-on activities, and real-life storiesto engage students and cater to their unique learning styles. I believe in creating a supportive atmosphere where students feel encouraged to ask questions and make mistakes, which fosters their growth and confidence. Beyond academia, I enjoy serving as a youth leader in my church, which enriches my tutoring approach with a sense of purpose and community connection.
