I am a recent graduate of Lawrence University in Appleton, Wisconsin. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, and I am currently pursuing my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Pittsburgh. My academic interests collectively highlight my core personal desire to help others, learning and education is one pathway I hope to connect with people through. I have been tutoring writing throughout most of my education, I'm specifically passionate about dealing with written work and test preparation. I am also, of course, very devoted to the subjects of psychology and the social sciences. Given my background growing up in a college prepatory high school among great expectations to achieve in academic realms, I hope to ease the pressures of academic stressors and approach learning with patience and a focus on personal connection to subjects. Learning is best done with one's true goals and interests in mind and I believe value can be found in all subjects if enough time is effectively devoted to them.
