Hi, I'm Don. I am a software engineer with more than 6 years of professional experience. I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a degree in electrical engineering in 2019. I also previously worked at Applied Research Labs as an Engineering Scientist Associate, and then more recently I worked at the Center for Space Research at UT as a Geospatial Software Developer and Data Scientist.
I have experience tutoring students in programming through my Job at the Center for Space Research, as well as tutoring low vision students at the Austin Community College. I love helping students understand difficult topics, and helping them move from a state of confusion to comprehension. I am a lifelong learner, and I love sharing my love of education and learning with students.
I am most comfortable tutoring computer science, math, and physics topics. I can tutor English as well.
