I am a rising junior at Wake Forest University majoring in Accounting with a minor in Entrepreneurship. I am so excited to be part of Varsity Tutors and to have the opportunity to help students grow in their confidence and academic abilities!

My passion for tutoring began in high school when I started volunteering to help younger students with their math and English homework. I quickly realized how much I loved making academics enjoyable for young kids. Since then, I've continued to seek out opportunities to support students, and I am thrilled now to bring that same energy and commitment to Varsity Tutors.
I specialize in tutoring Math and English, especially for elementary and middle school students. I love breaking down tricky math problems into simpler steps and helping students find their voice and clarity in writing. English and Math are my favorite subjects to tutor because they build such important foundational skills and allow students to gain confidence that carries over into all areas of their learning.

I would describe my tutoring style as upbeat, patient, and student-centered. I always strive to create a fun and encouraging learning environment where students feel safe asking questions, making mistakes, and celebrating their progress. As someone who is very outgoing and loves connecting with others, I find that building strong relationships with my students helps us work as a team toward their goals.

Outside of school, I love staying active, being involved on campus, and spending time with friends and family. I am passionate about helping others, and I believe that every student can succeed with the right support and mindset.
