As a dedicated educator with nearly 20 years of experience, I am passionate about fostering English language arts and communication skills in students of all ages. Currently, I serve as a Professor of Communications at Holy Cross College in South Bend, Indiana, where I apply my master's degree in English from Portland State University and my BA in Communications from Indiana University at Bloomington.

My tutoring experience spans over five years, during which I have worked with students from elementary to college level, focusing on tailored instruction that aligns with individual learning styles. I believe in creating a supportive learning environment that encourages engagement and growth, using diverse teaching methods to ensure that each student can thrive. I am also a proud father of two, and I find joy in tutoring my children, reinforcing my commitment to education both at home and in the classroom.

My recognition as a finalist for the Phillip Ford Award for outstanding essay writing reflects my dedication to language arts, and I continuously strive to instill a love for learning in my students.
