I am passionate about tutoring in Conversational Spanish and strive to create a meaningful learning experience for my students. I am committed to helping my students reach their goals and develop their Spanish language skills.
I have a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Architecture, and I have translated books from different fields from Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
I have done Live Interpretations for big events, the government and medical and the court interpretation. I have done Close Caption and Transcriptions. and they all have been a fun part of my life.
For years I volunteered as a teacher in a Non-Profit in Texas called DCET, "Debes creer en ti" (Believe in Yourself) Mi Escuelita, teaching English as a Second Language to Immigrants that want to prosper and better themselves and I have seen many of them graduate, and that is a heartwarming achievement.
I like to work in a happy environment, so tutoring becomes not just a job, but an exchange of knowledge, smiles and commitment.
Growing up in Mexico City and living in the USA has allow me to know both cultures and my jobs have taken me to understand central and south American cultures and languages.
Let's get started so you can obtain the confidence and assurance to feel like a local, when speaking Spanish wherever you are, wherever you go.
