To me, tutoring is not just about transferring knowledge, but about empowering students to think critically, ask questions, and build confidence in themselves academically.

My experience includes working with students across various stages of their academic journeys. Particularly with writing, I've helped students brainstorm ideas, structure arguments, and refine their grammar and mechanics. I can guide students through any part of the writing process. I have also worked with students in the sciences, helping to simplify concepts in chemistry and biology. I am especially comfortable tutoring General Chemistry I topics, such as stoichiometry, limiting reagents, molarity, gases, types of bonds, Lewis structures, and balancing equations. In biology, I can assist with topics like cellular respiration and photosynthesis.

My academic background includes a strong foundation in both the sciences and the humanities, which helps me bridge my analytical thinking with creative expression. This versatility helps me adapt my tutoring style to meet individual student needs.
