The three core pillars in which I have dedicated my life's work are youth, education, and service. Within these three pillars I strive to serve those who are underrepresented and marginalized. This is accomplished via my wealth of knowledge regarding social and sustainable resources, my ability to network and form relationships and my passion to see others thrive. I am currently a PhD student at Kent State University pursuing my degree in Higher Education Administration. I have many years of experience in Postsecondary Transition Planning and Attainment, DEI, Student Services, Teaching, and Serving marginalized students from Pre-K-college. From my time at Kent State University, the University of Akron, Akron Public Schools and most recently Columbus City Schools. I have worked with students of varying ages, economic standings, backgrounds, and upbringings. I have participated in Innovation Hubs, Neighborhood Leadership Academies, and written grants to serve students and families in inner city schools and various school demographics.
