I have a B.A. in English with an emphasis on writing from John Brown University. I also have an associate's degree in Early Childhood Education. In addition to this, I also have a TESOL/TESL/TEFL Certificate from Oxford Seminars. During my degree program at John Brown University, I worked at the writing center for two semesters, where I tutored students who needed extra help with their academic writing. I enjoy helping students to succeed in their classes whatever their major might be. In addition to this, I worked as a staff member for John Brown's literary journal called Shards of Light.
