I am a recent graduate of Michigan State University where I received a B.A. in Comparative Culture and Politics, another B.A. in Psychology, and minored in Asian Pacific American Studies. I am currently taking a gap year and plan on pursuing a doctoral degree in anthropology. My academic interests lie in post-colonial studies and disability studies, but I am well-trained in the social sciences, history, and critical reading and writing skills. I have experience teaching Psychology at the college level, and my approach to tutoring is student-centered. I meet students where they are at, without judgement, and tailor my tutoring style to the needs of individual students. I believe that education is for everyone and love working with students from any background.
