Hello! I am a graduate of the illustrious Howard University. There, I received my Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education. Since graduation, I have been in the field making 3 years since I've been in the classroom. I am a current 1st grader teacher and have also taught 2nd, 3rd and 4th grade math and ela. I have tutored students in middle school while in Washington DC and loved it! I am passionate about math and reading. I know learning can be hard so I do my best to ensure its enjoyable while doing it. I teach because I believe in the power of education to change lives. Each day, I strive to create a supportive, engaging sessions where all students feel seen, challenged, and inspired. I'm passionate about helping every learner reach their potential, and I'm committed to growing alongside them.

One of my favorite things to do is travel! My most recent trip was to Ghana, West Africa and it was an amazing adventure. I love exploring new cultures and food which leads me to my next interest, food tasting. I love trying and cooing new cuisines. I also love the outdoors. Whether its taking a stroll through the park or a bike along the lakefront, being by bodies of water brings me joy!
