I am a student at McGill University in Montreal, QC and I am working towards a bachelor degree in Biochemistry! While I tutor a broad range of subjects, I am most passionate about math and organic chemistry. I am a firm proponent of an education built on understanding rather than memorization and try to convey this principle to students. In my experience helping tutor maths to middle school students, we always seem to have the most fun and success when students are able to build a thorough understanding of the basics of their area of focus and are later able to apply them to more challenging scenarios. I am also a firm proponent of patience -- every student has a unique learning style, and understanding often takes time. In my spare time I enjoy soccer (both watching and playing), cycling, and traveling!

My academic interests include math, chemistry, history, and english which were cultivated throughout my primary and secondary education. Organic chemistry, in particular, has become an important and fascinating instrument during the pursuit of my Biochemistry degree! Apart from that, I have played and watched soccer for ages and am a lifelong Arsenal fan. I likewise enjoy cycling. I take any opportunity I can to get on a bike and love to watch the Tour de France. I also love to travel. Some of my favorite destinations include Iceland, Belize, and Croatia!
