As a dedicated educator with a Master's degree in Mathematics from the University of North Alabama and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from Agnes Scott College, I have over 2 years of tutoring experience, specializing in Mathematics and Elementary School English. My teaching philosophy centers on fostering a supportive learning environment where every student feels valued and empowered to express themselves. I believe that engagement and understanding are crucial, and I tailor my approach to meet individual learning needs, using creative methods to make lessons enjoyable and effective. Currently teaching in Georgia, I am passionate about helping students build confidence in their abilities, and I find immense joy in witnessing their growth and academic success.
