I am passionate about tutoring students in reading and math, particularly Algebra 1 and English grammar. Currently pursuing my Bachelor's in International Business at George Washington University, I have over two years of tutoring experience in both formal and informal settings, including volunteer work at Prena a K-12 school in India. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and exploring their learning styles. I adapt my lessons to meet individual needs, using real-world examples and step-by-step problem-solving techniques to build confidence. Witnessing my students discover their voices in writing and overcome math anxiety fuels my enthusiasm for education. In my free time, I enjoy writing and have recently had a research paper published, which enhances my ability to guide students in crafting their own essays.
