I am a recent graduate from The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience with a minor in Digital Marketing. I am passionate about learning and love helping students discover that same excitement for knowledge. Throughout college, I gained experience teaching peers through one-on-one conference presentations and training new members of the research lab I worked in. I also have hands-on experience working with children by offering homework help and tutoring through Kumon when babysitting. I have a strong background in science and tutor subjects such as Neuroscience, Psychology, and Biology. I also enjoy helping students with English and Creative Writing. My teaching style is patient and supportive, and I focus on making complex concepts easy to understand.
