With six years of dedicated experience as a Special Education teacher in Texas, I have had the privilege of serving diverse student populations across both elementary and middle school settings. My career includes working at some of the most sought-after charter schools, where I developed and implemented individualized education programs (IEPs) that supported student growth both academically and socially. I have extensive experience adapting instruction to meet the needs of a wide range of learners, including students with learning disabilities, emotional and behavioral challenges, and those on the autism spectrum. I am passionate about creating inclusive learning environments that foster confidence, independence, and achievement for every student. My collaborative approach with colleagues, families, and support staff ensures that all students receive the comprehensive support they need to thrive.
