I am licensed to teach all elementary (K-6) subjects - reading, writing, mathematics, science, and social studies - in the state of Alabama.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Missouri and a Masters in Teaching from Western Governors University. Prior to teaching at the elementary school level, I taught preschool for five years and have a background in finance.

I enjoy instructing students in a small group or one-on-one setting as I believe that enables me to give more personalized instruction to the student so that they are able to maximize learning and retention of information.
