Greetings. Thank you for the opportunity to work with you and help you achieve your goals in the areas of law studies, government, and criminal law. I have been a practicing attorney since 1998 and devoted the majority of my career thus far prosecuting those who have violated the laws of the State of Florida. For over 23 years, I prosecuted people who committed crimes ranging from driving under the influence to first degree murder. During that time, I developed exceptional trial skills--more than 100 jury trials--and a vast understanding of the rules of evidence, motion practice, and trial strategy.
I am well versed in the laws governing search warrants for property, vehicles, cell phones, computes, blood draws, and DNA swabs. I have advanced research, writing, and presentation skills. I look forward to working with you.
