Hi! My name is Adam Burchell - I am a student at Middlebury College in Vermont, set to graduate in 2027. When I was in high school, I benefitted greatly from the help of tutors, and I want to give other students this experience. I graduated Enloe High School in Raleigh, NC with a 3.93 unweighted GPA, taking over 10 AP classes and also receiving my IB Diploma.

I have prior experience tutoring students in language ranging from ages 9-13, as well as Math/Reading tutoring for elementary school and middle school aged students. As a tutor, I will be high energy and supportive of each and every student, and I will encourage each student to reach their full potential. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!

Hobbies

I played lacrosse ever since I was 5, and I continued to play until I graduated high school. This turned into a love for all sports - ranging from disc golf to swimming and diving. Now that I'm in college, I play ultimate frisbee to stay active, in addition to the hikes and ski trips I take as a student in Vermont. I am also an avid reader, and I love to waste an afternoon with a good book - my favorite genres are fantasy and sci-fi. Lastly, I am a huge cinephile, and I will watch just about any movie, regardless of redeeming value. I look forward to learning about your hobbies!
