Certified Tutor

I am a graduate from John Cabot University. I have received a bachelor's degree of arts in psychological science. I am now currently pursuing a master's degree in research in social and healthy psychology. I initially tutored refugee and immigrant students in Math, English, Reading, and Writing. But now that I have accumulated knowledge in psychology and statistical analyses I can teach bachelor or high school students in these topics. I am most passionate about teaching psychology and research! Generally, these two topics require critical thinking, data analysis, and academic writing, all of which are essential skills for students interested in psychology.

However, I am also proficient in other subjects, such as college level English, executive functioning, etc. I have worked with students from kindergarten through 8th grade as well with college students. Additionally, due to my background in psychology, I have gained knowledge and skills in helping neurodivergent individuals. I use holistic methods in tailoring my tutoring style with the student's learning style. I also welcome constructive feedback so that I am better able to improve my tutoring to further enhance the student's overall learning experience.

I believe that education can broaden one's perspective and cultivate an environment of growth both academically and personally.
