I have a Bachelor's in Art History and Economics with a minor in Chemistry from Temple University, which has given me a strong interdisciplinary foundation. My academic and professional experiences have strengthened my analytical, research, and problem-solving skills, which I incorporate into my tutoring approach.
I have worked with students in various settings, from mentoring peers in academic writing and history to engaging museum visitors through object-based learning. I particularly enjoy tutoring history, writing, and the humanities because they encourage critical thinking and allow students to develop their own perspectives. Additionally, I have a deep passion for chemistry, having studied it extensively from high school through advanced college courses in Organic and Inorganic Chemistry. I've often been told that I make chemistry more approachable and engaging.
I tailor my tutoring to each student's learning style, using clear explanations, real-world examples, and interactive discussions. I believe education should be both accessible and enjoyable, and I strive to create a supportive environment where students feel empowered to ask questions and challenge themselves.
Outside of academia, I enjoy visiting museums, traveling, reading, listening to music, and watching films. I look forward to helping students achieve their academic goals!
