My passion for education stems from my commitment to service and my belief that knowledge empowers individuals to shape their futures. Through my work with various community initiatives, I have witnessed firsthand how education can break cycles of hardship and open doors to opportunity. As a tutor, I strive to make learning accessible, engaging, and tailored to each student's needs.

Currently, I am an undergraduate student at George Washington University in the BA/MD program, pursuing a career in medicine. My academic background includes biology, bioinformatics, and health equity, allowing me to support students in STEM subjects while also incorporating real-world applications in healthcare and research. I particularly enjoy tutoring math and SAT math, as they challenge students to think critically. Additionally, I have experience helping students develop strong writing skills, particularly in crafting personal statements and resumes.

My tutoring philosophy revolves around patience, adaptability, and encouragement. I aim to create a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and developing confidence in their abilities. I believe in active learningguiding students through concepts with real-world applications and fostering curiosity to make the material more meaningful.
