Originally from the UK, I have studied Latin for fourteen years and Ancient Greek for ten years. Through an intimate knowledge of these languages, I found beautiful pieces of literature hiding in Ancient alphabets. In 2022, I earned a Bachelor's degree in Classics from the University of Edinburgh. My dissertation explored the philosophical-satire 'True Histories', applying post-structuralist theories of authorship, narratology, and representation. After graduating, I made the leap to New York, where I have lived for the past year and a half. In January 2025, I completed her Master's degree in Classics at New York University, with a 3.95 GPA. I am currently preparing my PhD applications, where I hope to research Greek Tragedy, intersected with Greek Sculpture and contemporary Literary Theory.
I have tutored Ancient Languages at a variety of linguistic abilities. From teaching a student Latin from scratch, to helping a student pass their advanced examination in Ancient Greek, I can adapt the syllabus to suit the student's need. Some students require a diligent and thorough revision of their grammar, others need to translate and discuss their texts.

In my free time, I am an avid reader and creative writer. Film and art have also been lifelong obsessions. On the weekend, I am either at the Metropolitan Museum of Art or at an Angelika Cinema.
