I believe all students can achieve grade level status, some just need a little extra help. I have been teaching for 13 years and have experience with 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades. I also tutor in an afterschool program offered by my school. I have a masters degree in literacy from Grand Canyon University and LOVE to read as well as try to instill that same love into my students. I also enjoy math-working with numbers and problem solving is always a challenge I am up for!

I live in an area surrounded by beautiful mountains and lakes. I love to camp, hike, fish and spend lazy days on my boat. I also love animals! I have a 140 lb dog named Pendleton and three litter-mate cats. We live on a small farm and are working on getting our garden up and running for the year.
