With over 20 years of teaching experience, I bring a deep passion for education and a lifelong committment to helping students grow not just academically, but personally. I have taught students across a range of skills and levels, learning styles, and soci-economic backgrounds, and each one has affirmed my belief in the power of education to transform lives.
- My focus in on foundational subjects such as reading, writing, and math. I approach each student as a unique individual, taking the time to build personal, trusting relationships that empower and nurture. I believe when students feel seen, supported, and safe, they are more confident in their abilities and more willing to take intellectual risks.
- I pride myself on being patient, creative, and compassionate. These qualities allow me to meet students where they are and guide them forward with understanding and encouragement.
- My Ultimate Goal is to ignite a love for learning that lasts. I want my students to walk away with more than just academic knowledge, I want them to develop perservserance, self-confidence, and the motivation to keep striving. I am to instill the belief that mistakes are part of growth and that success is built through effort and resilience.
- Teaching is not just a profession for me; it is a calling. Every breakthrough moment, every smile of understanding, and every step forward my students take is a reminder of why I do this work and why I will continue to, with heart, and dedication, and purpose.
