I am a Special education teacher with over 7 years of experience in autism support and alternative curriculum development. Skilled in IEP management, curriculum planning, and fostering inclusive environments that enhance learning outcomes. Committed to driving measurable progress in student development. My teaching style is a multi-sensory approach using the five senses to engage students in using the "whole brain" to retain information. Multi-sensory learning uses two or more senses, such as visual, auditory, tactile, or kinesthetic and helps students to focus and remember information. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling.
