Hello my name is Kimberly Benavides, I am a graduate from CUNY York College, in New York. I received a Major in Spanish, and a Minor in Education, a Bachelor of Arts. Since, graduating I've been helping children with their homework, and tutoring kids that I know around my neighborhood. I think education is important for us to grow, personally I'm interested in working in the field that I studied for, Spanish Translation and Education in Spanish because it's the second language I speak, but I like to help kids learn there sight words, and build a connection with reading, because personally I love reading. I've worked with struggling kids also, so I definitely can help you. I can make your child fall in love with education. Also, mathematics, I've helped many children in grades K-5th, I know how to problem solve, and show kids many ways on how to add and subtract, to also multiply and divide, and so much more. Most importantly, I would love to build a connection with the child so they can learn from what I've learn myself growing, as an adult. I hope to see you soon.
