I am a graduate of Florida College who majored in Pre-Medicine. I took the MCAT in January 2024, and I have been accepted to six M.D.-granting medical schools for this coming fall.

I utilize a "back-to-basics" approach when working with my students. I truly believe that every student has most, if not all, of the information they need to succeed when faced with a difficult concept or problem. I've known a lot of "chronic overthinkers" (I am one sometimes!), and I've found that many dead-ends for these students can be resolved by going back to the most foundational principles. That's the beauty of math and science; 2 + 2 = 4, even when implementing a calculus equation. H2O makes water, no matter how many nucleophilic attacks are in the reaction. I'm here to help you see the 2+2 and the H2O underneath all the complex info. There are also basic principles that lie underneath questions on the MCAT, and I'd love to help you discover those strategies as well!

Finally, and perhaps most importantly, I promise to bring the JOY factor. I love seeing students succeed, but I also love working through the drudgery of complex concepts and problems. It's okay to feel overwhelmed and frustrated, and it is DEFINITELY okay to mess up! I am not here to make you feel bad for your mistakes. I promise to be your friend and walk you through even the most frustrating concepts with a smile on my face. I fully intend for you to leave our sessions with a smile too!
