I recently graduated from the College of Wooster with a degree in Mathematics and Physics. My passion for these fields evolved significantly during my time as a college student. Initially, I believed that all of mathematics and physics could be mastered through extensive studying and late-night sessions. However, if the past three years in college have taught me anything, it's that mathematics and physics are vast, complex fields that require an understanding of the reasoning behind the concepts we study. Fortunately, with the right guidance, this part of the learning process becomes manageableand, dare I say, even easy. Once I adjusted my approach, I was able to appreciate the beauty of these subjects on a much deeper level.
For the past two months, I have been working as a high school teacher in mathematics and physics, and tutoring math to graduate students. Alongside teaching, I have been conducting research in mathematics, physics, and machine learning. My mathematical interests lie in algebraic topology, geometric group theory and algebraic number theory, while my interest in physics is primarily in General Relativity, particularly in creating computer models of different types of black holes. Currently, my research focuses on two separate topics: algebraic number theory and graph theoretical machine learning concepts.
My research experience, coupled with college courses in Real Analysis I & II, Abstract Algebra I & II, Complex Variables, and General Relativity alongside several other math and physics courses has prepared me to successfully tutor in most areas of mathematics and physics.
I'm also auditing a math graduate course on algebraic number theory and commutative algebra at Harvard university.

Degree: College of Wooster - Bachelor, Physics and Mathematics
I play the guitar for at least one hour a day. I enjoy walking to and from the beach every morning at 6 a.m. before going to work. I love reading poetry and have recently been exploring more of John Donne’s work: “Nature’s great masterpiece, an elephant; the only harmless great thing.” I also enjoy baking, with vanilla cake being my favorite to make.
