I hold a master's degree in Art Therapy and received my Bachelors of Sciences in Psychology with a focus on fine Arts. I have dedicated over two decades to working with children with developmental delays and exceptional needs. My career has taken me around the globe, where I have had the privilege of empowering and supporting young individuals in diverse settings.
In my roles as a primary school counselor and well-being facilitator at an international school in West Africa. I have facilitated both groups and one-on-one sessions for young children and teens, implementing creative interventions in academics, social emotional learning and mental health awareness. I enjoy facilitating at public and private schools along with community programs. I find immense joy in guiding primary aged children with focused tasked as they navigate their academics and social emotional challenges.
I am passionate about Psychology, Mindfulness, Art, Health, English and have experience teaching children about psychology and their mental health including anxiety, self awareness and self regulation. I believe children are resilient and all knowing. I guide them in harnessing their inner wisdom and strengths to transform challenges into empowering experiences, enabling them to develop their own problem-solving abilities for life. I am deeply committed to creating inclusive spaces that nurture the growth of every student. My work within community programs focuses on supporting children with developmental delays, ensuring they have access to essential resources and guidance.
