As a current student at Virginia Commonwealth University, majoring in pre-med with a focus on science, I am passionate about learning and helping others grow. My experience as a substitute teacher across all grade levels, from elementary to high school, has given me a deep understanding of how to connect with students and guide them through their academic challenges. I believe that education is more than just learning facts, it's about developing the skills to think critically, solve problems, and grow as individuals. I specialize in tutoring English and math because I believe these subjects are foundational to a student's ability to succeed in any academic endeavor. My goal is to make learning these subjects engaging and creative, using visual and hands-on techniques to help students fully understand the concepts. Outside of academics, I am passionate about cheerleading, science, and exploring my interest in the medical field. My teaching philosophy centers on creating a supportive and interactive learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions and explore new ideas. I am dedicated to being that stepping stone that helps students reach their full potential, and I'm here to inspire and guide them every step of the way.
