I am a graduate of Bard College, having received my Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics. Aside from my math courses, I enjoyed taking classes in physics, computer science, music, and studio arts. During the summer of 2023, I participated in research with one of my math professors through the Bard Summer Research Institute. In order to prove one of the central conjectures of our research, I created my own math which I further developed in my senior thesis, titled "Finding Maximal Cap Sizes for Quad Card Decks Using Share Strings" which can be found in the Bard Digital Commons. During school, I was always enthusiastic about tutoring my classmates and helping my friends with their math or math-oriented classes. My goal as a tutor is to help my tutees grow as independent learners, develop strong and healthy study habits, and of course help completing assignments and preparing for tests and exams.

Hobbies

Outside of academics, I spend time creating art and music as well as running and staying active. I love making my own music with Logic Pro. I make and record rock, electronic music, jazz, and occasionally classical compositions. I am also a practiced drummer, percussionist, and guitarist. I grew up practicing realism drawing, however I now mostly make abstract drawings and paintings. During several of my classes at Bard, I sculpted and performed several sound installations which often used computer programming to create. I ran track and cross-country all throughout school and still love to go on runs and train for road races. I played soccer, basketball, baseball, and frisbee throughout my childhood and occasionally like to shoot hoops or toss a disk every once in a while.
