Hi! My name is Debby, and I'm a senior at Fordham University majoring in Biological Sciences with a minor in Psychology. I have a strong passion for education and love helping students build confidence in their academic abilities.
With experience as a research assistant studying trauma, resilience, and health disparities, I bring an analytical and compassionate approach to tutoring. I have worked with students in AP Biology, chemistry, and algebra, tailoring lessons to their unique learning styles. My goal is to break down complex concepts into clear, relatable ideas, making learning both engaging and effective.

Outside of academics, I love immersing myself in books, whether it’s fiction, non-fiction, or research on topics like health equity and medical science. Music is another big part of my life—I enjoy listening to a wide range of genres and love to sing as well. I’m also passionate about health education, mental health advocacy, and understanding the intersection of science and society. My research experience has deepened my interest in topics like trauma, resilience, and medical ethics. When I’m not studying or tutoring, I enjoy creating content about beauty, lifestyle, and premed topics, as well as exploring new ways to engage with my interests in science and education.
