Outside of teaching, I’m passionate about music, fitness, and personal growth. I enjoy writing and recording songs—especially on guitar and keyboard—and I’m currently producing my own tracks at home. As a former all-state wrestler, I still stay active through coaching and working out. I’m also a lifelong learner, always reading up on psychology, science, and ways to improve focus and resilience. Whether it’s in the gym, in the studio, or in a lesson, I love helping others grow stronger—mentally and academically.
