I believe that all students are individuals who bring their unique experiences into each situation. I take into consideration that every students learns in their own way, and implement this by using multiple methods to meet students at their current level of knowledge while supporting their growth so that every child is given the tools to excel. I believe that with the correct level of supports, personalized expectations, teacher and students relationships, and an uplifting environment students will be successful in my sessions, as well in their future education.
