Certified Tutor

Teaching is my passion and I love nothing more than helping my students unleash the knowledge they have within and achieve their educational goals. Although I tutor different subjects, I really excel in helping students understand math. I believe that is because when I was younger I really struggled with it so when I started teaching I made it a priority to teach differently. I always try to incorporate real-world examples into my lessons and make them engaging for the students which helps them want to actually work out the problems and get some answers. My ultimate goal as a tutor is to help you build the confidence in your own abilities with the subject.
When I'm not teaching, I'm usually scuba diving or volunteering with the local foster families. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you and help you achieve your academic goals!
